Ed Wilson is a founding partner of Wilson Salamoff, LLP. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley and the University of Oregon School of Law, Mr. Wilson has been litigating cases in California court since his admission to the bar in 2006.
Today, his practice focuses on the representation of owners and operators of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and other providers within the long term care industry. Mr. Wilson represents clients in state and federal courts, and other dispute resolution forums, throughout California.
Mr. Wilson is an active member of the California Association of Healthcare Facilities (CAHF) and has served on the association’s Legal Subcommittee since 2014. Mr. Wilson is also a long-standing member of the Orange County Bar Association and served on its Board of Directors in 2008.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, he then obtained his law degree from the New England School of Law, in Boston. After practicing law in Massachusetts for a year, he moved to California and was admitted to the bar in 1997. He is also admitted to practice in all federal districts of California.
Mr. Salamoff has practiced civil litigation with several law firms in Orange County and Los Angeles at the state and federal levels, trying cases, handling binding arbitrations and participating in over a hundred mediations. He is an experienced litigation attorney, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of cases.
Currently, Mr. Salamoff’s practice focuses on representation of owners and operators of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other health care providers.
Mr. Salamoff is an active member of the California Association of Healthcare Facilities (CAHF) and serves on the Associate Council Subcommittee. He is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, including membership in the OCBA’s Health Law section.

Ms. Rehaste has been an active Associate Member of CAHF for over 25 years, serving on various task forces and subcommittees. For many years, she has served as a member of the board of directors of the Orange County Chapter of CAHF.
Aaron Oei is an associate attorney with Wilson Salamoff, LLP. A graduate of USC and the UC Hastings College of Law, Mr. Oei focuses his practice on Medi-Cal eligibility and appeals.
